The Fire Outside Is Real. So Is the Burnout Within.

Rabbi Benjamin Ross and Rabbi Josh Feigelson recently co-authored an article in eJewish Philanthropy, “The Fire Outside Is Real. So Is the Burnout Within,” reflecting on the findings of Holy Work, Human Limits, Communal Potential, a report produced through a partnership between the Amen Center and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality.

Drawing on the report's insights, the article argues that strengthening communities requires investing in the spiritual and emotional well-being of the clergy and faith leaders who sustain them.
